Nishant Bhardwaj, manager of the centre is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and makes enormous efforts to explain the functioning of the fittings and helps customers make informed choices about what would best suit their needs. And he does this in a very unbiased and professional manner. He helped us choose all the fittings for our upcoming home and we are very happy with his service. The centre lives up to its name ie, orientation centre - ie, bringing clarity about something which appears very confusing unless someone handholds and guides you.
