We had a very good experience at the Jaquar experience centre. The prateek from team guided us extremely well throughout our visit and helped us understand the different options for bathroom fittings, WC, heat pump, and other products. They patiently explained the features, differences, and suitable options based on our requirements, which made the product selection process much easier for us. The guidance was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the experience and truly appreciate the support provided by the Jaquar team. Highly recommended!

Experience was informative. Shefali ji shared knowledge on products and showed as per requirements.

Great store. Aniket in specific was very good in explaining the product

Nice display of Jaquar products...

It was a really nice experience at Jaquar Orientation Centre. Special thanks to Mr. Himanshu Jadhav who made it easy and interesting as well. His knowledge and communication skills are remarkable. His explanation helps us to save our time, and we are able to make a perfect choice.

I visited for enquiry and Himanshu Jadhav interacted with me for my bathware quote and the way he shown the products and explained details were awesome. Really good customer service. Thanks Himanshu.

The staff is always outnumbered to the no of people/ families visiting the center. Had to self orient.. no one to guide.. and suggest unless you arrive in a big group and promise to buy a lot..

I am writing this review on behalf of my 86 year old mom who visited the showroom yesterday to check a water heater. The person on duty saw her enter, immediately offered her a seat and water and once she was settled, showed her the available models and helped her send the picture of the selected model to her electrician. He also requested the lift man to accompany my mom to the auto. She was so impressed and felt so good with this empathy that this was the first thing she told me on our daily call today. She hasn't asked me to write a review, but I wish to say 'Thank you' to all involved. God bless you.
