The staff is always outnumbered to the no of people/ families visiting the center. Had to self orient.. no one to guide.. and suggest unless you arrive in a big group and promise to buy a lot..

I am writing this review on behalf of my 86 year old mom who visited the showroom yesterday to check a water heater. The person on duty saw her enter, immediately offered her a seat and water and once she was settled, showed her the available models and helped her send the picture of the selected model to her electrician. He also requested the lift man to accompany my mom to the auto. She was so impressed and felt so good with this empathy that this was the first thing she told me on our daily call today. She hasn't asked me to write a review, but I wish to say 'Thank you' to all involved. God bless you.

Good number of options and easy to visualize how it will be after installation. Staff guides well.

Wide range of products. Good sales team. Need to improve on appointments.
